Chakula is a chef-led African fusion restaurant in Nazaré, Portugal with one of the strongest vegetarian and vegan menus on the Silver Coast. Chef Tony draws on East African, Ethiopian and Mediterranean traditions — cuisines built around lentils, legumes, whole grains, roasted vegetables and warming spice — so plant-based eating here is never an afterthought. Every dish is clearly tagged vegan, vegetarian or spicy on the menu.
